Haha, I didn't even notice. I got bored and skipped everything about that, but then Sam said his brother is dead. I care so little about that, I'm not even happy Tommy is dead.

I'm sick of Hoyt too.

And I also don't get why Bill thinks he can blame all of his horrible decions on Nan, or why the others act like it's all her fault either. The whole thing with the witches is on Bill since he ordered Eric to attack them in the first place, which started the fraking problem! I kind of want Nan to put an epic smackdown on his stupid ass.

Right? Hoyt's storyline sort of ends with not being Jessica's bf anymore.

And I kind of want Nan to put them all in their place, too, since they're taking such risks and have done so since episode 1. They're supposed to be more careful in public, yet they're acting more openly brutal towards humans than ever.
But maybe the writers desperately are looking for something to make Nan unpopular? Because otherwise the lead characters are a 17-year old who just wants to fuck and kill everything, Pam who is the same, but also attacks people in front of video cameras, Bill, who orders death to people but doesn't go through with it, and Eric who just murdered several people. Yet all of them expect the AVL to clean up the mess they create every 3 seconds and then they want to slap Nan, if she points out what assholes they are not to clean up their own mess.
I'd really rather see her discussing with Grete van Sustern or Bill Maher, instead of being expected to admire Bill for yelling at his boss and pretending he has powers that aren'T there.

The vampires + Stackhouses are like a murderous, dramatic sitcom/soap opera family (depending which episode/amount of Bill&Eric eye-fucking). Nan is the Grandma. You could Brady Bunch that shit, believe me.

I'm kind of excited to see Alcide walk-in on Debbie and Marcus. That said, seeing Marcus naked is not on my list of "Do Want"s.

If Nan gets killed/blamed for this shit before she can form a lesbian power couple with Pam, I will be disappoint.

The family ties are clear, but Nan is more like the family matriarch who has all the money and connections and owns the company or is Governor of some state. The other vampires are her kids who go on drugs, flunk out of college, mess up in their jobs and kill people (if it's a telenovela, it still fits) - oh, and also actively sabotage her. Then they get into a fight over how they really own all her money and she should just die, so they can inherit everything. It's really disgusting how much the show wants us to side with those characters, instead of making everyone team-up with Nan, which could have been done just as easily.

I just hope that Alcide gets real proof of Debbie cheating and kicks her out. That was totally his money she spend on drugs and that she's not worried when he stays out all night is shocking, too. Instead, at the first opportunity... yuck! Way to downgrade partners!

So.... it's Arrested Development then?

Bill(Michael) is the son who thinks he can take over the company and has a false sense of "nice guy" superiority when in reality he's as douchey as everyone else. Jessica(George-Michael) is his child that he ignores most of the time, therefore not realising her other screwed up relationships. Eric(GOB) is Bill's older, dickish, slightly incestuous-acting brother who gets all the ladies. Pam(Lindsay) is the cool aunt who somehow ends up the most responsible parent, despite making terrible decisions. Sookie is Bill/Eric's girlfriend who acts as occasional parent to Jessica. And Jason/Jessica's relationship is slightly incestuous-feeling because of this.

(I can't believe I just compared Deborah-Ann Wohl to Michael Cera.)

I'm kinda mad at this because I was trying to like Debbie this season. She seemed to be trying to hard. Also, snausages.

Man this is my favorite part of my Monday :)

I did like the Tommy death scene, I think his contortions at the end were some of his best acting...

I am also at a loss about another issue. Been bugging me all night. Nan and Beel have the silver OVER their clothing in the middle. If it still freaken works that way WHY ARE THEY PUTTING IT ON BARE SKIN at ALL? Unless they just like the cool wisp of smoke effects and the smell of burning vampire flesh. Shit just throw on a couple of towels or a blanket and there you go...no need for healing after...

I don't get it either... the silver is suppose to be IN the skin so they stay weakened, yet they put it over their clothed stomachs? Doesn't make any sense! Also, loose silver chains? Wouldn't it be more effective to add an extra silver door? I get that Nan and Eric would be too strong for the door they have now, but there are several cells and since everyone hates each other, wouldn't it be better to put them in single holding? And to just lock yourself into a coffin with silver? If it makes you bleed this fucking much, why let it come onto all clothes? That shit isn't easy to wash out!

Rant over :)
