(And c'mon, Haru had to be Inara. Who else is going to be such a hot Companion? This will inevitably lead to Haru/Sokka madlovin's.)

Everyone really...fits. Like, better than I would have expected at first. I haven't seen Firefly in forever, but now I feel I should watch it again for the full effect.:)

Hehe, Haru was the only one I could think of who could really fit in a Companion part. (Anyway, he's pretty!)

Thanks, I'm glad that everything seems to fit so well. And watching it again would be a good idea. This fic was basically a copy of the pilot episode of Firefly.

Ooooh, nice. I like how Firefly it feels. All the narration really fits Mal nicely. I'm not sure how it fits Sokka, but you know. The characters seem to fit in well with their roles, though I'm not entirely sure if they're the Firefly characters wearing different nametags or not.

I do like it, though.

Thank you for that! One of the problems I ran into was the balance of Firefly to Avatar ... perhaps I tipped the scales a little bit too far to Firefly for this one. I hope in other longer bits I get the balance better.
