Called MCI. Identified self to computer so I could be transferred to India so I could be identified by a human in India. Sat on hold while human in India identified me to a human in America so I could confirm my identity when he got on the phone

qwest is ok. quick setup but expensive, and they're constantly badgering you to add more features. their reps also call a lot to ask about the quality of your service. once is nice as a pro-active approach, but after that it's almost as much of a nuisance as any bad service they'd be trying to prevent...
