want a sure fire remedy me grandmother in the Ozarks taught me. One if for a sore throat and the other for sinuses.

Since your sinuses are what bad, eat the strongest horseradish you can find. That'll open you right up.

For a sore throat, drink a large glass of cold water, grab some plain yellow mustard, squirt (or whatever) at least a full heaping tablespoon on to it and swallow. Now you can't drink or eat anything for an hour but the mustard stuff pulls alot of the bad stuff in your thoat.

Hot toddies are great for making yourself feel better when you have a cold.

Awww...get well soon Jack. :-*

seems like all you aussies are falling foul of this nasty virus. It was the same over here when winter kicked in last year. A really heady prolonged bout of flu which rips right through you for weeks. International Superbug anyone?

Don't forget to take your camera! This meet's gotta be seen. :)
