I just realized today's Professor Tolkien's birthday. A lot of my friends on tumblr and twitter are celebrating by toasting to him, and I decided to join them. Trouble is, I only have prosecco in the house, leftover from NYE. It is the least Hobbitish drink I can imagine, thus I'm sitting here alone sipping from my glass while doing my best
