Personally I didnt hate this chapter. I liked that the two boys have a chance to talk, but I didnt like how Sasuke admitted defeat or naruto forgot about iruka who prbably was his first bond.
The medical impossibility of chapter aside too, if Naruto or Sasuke had talked about the duplicity of the village in its quest for peace or Naruto stopped assuming that everything could be resolved y beating his opinion into others heads instead of actually adressing the issues at hand...I think at this point im resigned to the fact that kishimoto will never bother adressing the various questionble morality issues he has created and simply wants to end the manga by regressing to what it was at its core, the relationship between two boys who just got along for having lived through adversity.
