Oh. My. God. I got to the point where Frank was first mentioned and just sat there repeating omigod omigod omigod. This is heartbreaking! Martha's sad! Gwen's sad! And now I remember about Lois, too.

Reading this slowly through dribs and drabs on a night duty and you're breaking my heart!.
I keep running back to the office to read. Damn patients keep falling out of bed. Why can't they just stay asleep.

AND I remember Frank and Phil (well not actually Phil, but who he is) from your other lovely story. And love that Phil fancies Ianto.

I like Phil, his whole straightforward cheerful attitude. It's good to think that, along with the more painful Franks and Alices, Jack will also have some like Phil. Not that Phil isn't also painful, but... you know.
