homework? On a holiday?

Well, I just finished my first homework assignment for my IS200 class. 4 assignments of reading and Jung personality testing and Work Values testing and a 3-5 (mine was just about 3.2) pages summarizing my thoughts and findings after taking the assessments and whatnot

You will understand this like few others would...

I spent 4 hours on Saturday weeding and planting. Then, that evening, I spent 3 more hours painting banners for decorating my daughter's birthday party. I went to bed exhausted, with paint and dirt under my nails (even though they were very throughly scrubbed.)

The best day I have had all YEAR.

I seriously need to quit my job and go be a housepainter or landscaper. I need to work with my hands and be creating.

I need a garden buddy, but BAD! I can guarantee dirt under fingernails, bug killing on a large scale and reward in the form of beer and dog kisses!

But, I totally feel ya! I miss getting paint in my hair. :D

I miss paint in my hair at 2am in the theater trying to get the last of the lights hung. :)
