The happy ending is cute, but I can't be happy because I feel so sad about wife #1/2. That part of the fic is just so...sad, in a perfect, flawless way. It broke my heart. I think it's the first time I feel so much for one of Wilson's wives. Just, aw. Aw.

Wow, that's great that you really empathized with her. I wasn't sure how she was going to work. At first she was written just as a contrast for the second part, but on some edits she stepped more into the foreground. Very happy that her side of the story stayed with you.

Wow, you really manage to bring them together in your fics and ALWAYS include their emotional awkwardness towards another and other characters.
