hey its ok if you feel tired or exhausted if you are in our age group because we need sleep to adjust to our bodies.

If your getting too much sleep or you want to take naps all the time then it may be a depression problem, when i get stressed/depressed/agitated/ i sleep for 13+ hours a day. that means (even with school) I go to bed at like 10 wake up at 7 then take a nap at four and dont get up until 8.So if you are having that sort of problem just remember that everything will be alright.

Aside from that all i can tell you is that sleeping is very vital part of life and you have to do it often and if you dont then it causes a problem. Just be safe with your wacky sleeping schedule :] Go get some sleep girl! Its summer thats what we use it for.
