So today is the first day I don't feel like sleeping the whole friggin' day. Big YAY!

My sister fell on a barb wire fence when she was a kid and sports a lovely scar on her throat to this day. Dad had to cart her off to the hospital to get it stitched. Funnily enough she cut her wrist on glass the next week. Dad didn't have the heart to take her to the doctor again because she screamed so much the first time.
And no, nobody was trying to do her in! :D

It sounds like you're healing well, all things considered! I mean, you had your throat cut open. Ack! And for some reason the keeping your head upright unsupported gave me visions of the Princess Bride. :D

It is a long incision and I'm still not really happy about it, but there's really not much I can do. Just try to do everything the doctors say and hope the scar fades with time.

LOL! Chicks dig scars, at least that's what hubby tells me ;) But I think that refers to scars on men, but hey :D It makes me look all bad-ass atm so I'm having fun with it.
