Hello, Muskrats! First off: we have some registration slots still open for MJ2015! The registration post is right here.
Now: I have hotel room booking information for you! You may book your rooms starting today!
MJ2015 is taking place at Le Méridien hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts!
The cost for guest rooms will be $179/night (plus taxes). The person-per-room limit is four adults, due to fire codes.
Please note: rooms must be booked by 5PM local time on February 16, 2015, in order to guarantee this discounted price!

If you call, you must tell them you are attending the Women in Media convention in order to get the convention rate of $179/night plus taxes.
Important:
Reservations MUST be made by 5PM local time on February 16, 2015. in order to get this discounted rate.
The special rate of $179/night plus taxes is applicable for stays taking place between March 19 (check-in) and March 23 (check-out), 2015.
Please note: The final date that guests may cancel without incurring a fee is 24 hours prior to your check-in date and time. If you check out of your room prior to the confirmed check-out date, an early departure fee will be charged.

Hotel Info:
Le Méridien is a gorgeous hotel, located in the heart of Central Square, with a large hotel restaurant and bar located directly off of the lobby. The area has a multitude of restaurants catering to all manner of palates and all manner of budgets. There is a supermarket (Star Market) directly behind the hotel (the escalator down from the supermarket actually goes directly to the area adjacent to the hotel lobby) and several liquor stores within a few blocks of the hotel. Our convention space is located on the third floor of the hotel, directly across from their open-air roof garden. We are very happy to welcome you to our new venue!
The hotel provides:
- Rooms with two double or one king Le Méridien Euro Top beds
- Handicapped accessible rooms
- Wireless High-Speed Internet Access in all guest rooms (complimentary)
- A business center for printing needs
- A Fitness Center for work-out needs.
Parking: Parking for overnight guests is $25 per night if you self-park in the garage and do not leave; $28 per night if you want to go ”in and out” of the garage; and $32 per night for valet parking.
Roommates: We'll put up a Roommate Finder Post this afternoon, so you can coordinate with your fellow muskrats and find someone to share if you need to!
