I've never felt so excited in my life. From backstage, I watched LM.C perform. Aiji was so awesome on his guitar. It was so amazing to see them up close. Later we might even have a chance to talk. I really hope we do. While watching LM.C, the Gazette walked in getting ready for their turn on the stage. Best for the last, I presumed. I watched Reita, Aoi, and Uruha all tuning their instruments. Kai just held his twirled his drumsticks with his fingers while Ruki warmed up his vocals silently. Then I noticed that something was off when Reita played his bass, seeing if he had tuned it right.
"Ano... Reita-san your E string is a bit..." I spoke in Japanese to him.
Immediately he caught my drift, fixed it, and smiled, "Arrigatou..." I was guessing, he was trying to think of my name.
"Riku desu." I introduced myself and shook his hand. Inside, I felt like melting but I kept my cool.
"What do you play, Riku-san?"
"The bass, same as you. I also play the guitar."
"I should've known." He chuckled lightly. The sound of his voice was nice, even in person.
Then Maya and Aiji, along with the rest of their band, passed by, trading places with the Gazette. Reita and the others stood up and left. Before doing so, he rested his hand upon my shoulder, smiling when looking down at me.
"We'll talk after the concert. Meet you in the back with the rest of your band."
I just nodded in reply. I was really happy and surprised that he had acknowledged me.
They sounded amazing on stage. In my own opinion, our performance could not compare to theirs. It was like a dream, watching and talking to them up close and in person. Of course, I perferred to see Ellegarden or Phantasmagoria in person but seeing Gazette was just as amazing. I couldn't wait for them to come to the back and start talking. I wondered what it was going to be like.

I found Sakura and Yuu talking to the DongBangShinKi members while Ryuuhei and Rin competed Maya and Aiji, and was beating them, in video games. I walked in and sat down, thinking no one would notice but someone did.
"Hey Riku. Where've you been?" Yuu turned around and spoke in English so that no one would understand besides our bandmates.
Our whole band knew how to speak at least three or more languages. I could speak Japanese, Tagalog, Spanish, English, and a bit of Korean. Yuu and Sakura new how to speak many different languages sometimes not even I could identify. Rin only knows how to speak English and Spanish but sings awfully good in any language. Ryuuhei also only knows how to speak English and Spanish but makes it with being able to use hand signs, which doesn't make any sense since he's the talkative type. The languages we all knew how to speak was in Spanish and English, at least we could communicate.
"Watching LM.C and Gazette play."
"Really? From where?"
"Yeah. Backstage."
"You know you could've watched them from here." He pointed out the screens.
"I wanted to watch them live. In person, you know."
He smiled, I was guessing he knew what I meant.
"Riku!" After hearing that, I was attacked by Rin from behind. I'm not one to dodge but it gets annoying at times.
"Hey."
"Could you play us a song on the bass?"
"Why?"
"Because Yuu's being an asshole and won't play anything on his guitar and Sakura says she's to tired." She went on and on.
Then Yuu cut in, "Why not play a song that you like?"
"Yeah! That's a great idea!" Rin jumped up and down from excitement.
I let out a sigh, knowing I would lose to a verbal fight especially with Sakura if she tagged along with Yuu which she usually did. "Fine."
Yuu handed me my bass guitar. I played a small piece from one of our songs and then got bored because nobody accompanied which someone did by then. Everyone seemed amazed; although my bandmates are the ones who atch me play everyday they also were amazed. Yuu and Sakura seemed more into the music than anyone. They smiled in delight when it was over, commenting only amongst themselves.

Before the real after party started, everyone changed out of their costumes. I changed into a pair of jeans with one chain hanging from the waist, a belt purse over the chain at my waist, a black short-sleeved shirt, a pair of black VANS loose at my feet, and a beanie. The only things I kept on were my mask, jewelry, and make up becuase I was to lazy to go through with erasing it. Yuu changed into a pair of dark jeans with three chains at his side, a white shirt with splattered red with black letters that said "The Unknown is known to everyone" with a black and white striped long-sleeved shirt underneath, his black framed glasses which he only used when not having any contacts on, a pair of white and black checkered converse, and wore a white Ed Hardy cap. the only things he kept on was his jewelry and make up. Sakura wore a plain white shirt, a pair of dark jeans, and a pair of white converse. She kept everything else the same. Rin and Ryuuhei just changed back into their previous costumes from this morning because they had forgotten to bring a change of clothes. Both of them were severely threatened by Yuu; if they spilled or did anything to thier costumes he was going to rip them apart limb from limb. Figures, since he was the one who made all of our costumes. After all th ehassles, we finally took off to the party.

Once we got there it seemed like all the other bands were waiting for us along with the media who were trailing us, such a bother. Yuu seemed like he was ready to blow them into outerspace. As for Sakura, she tried to keep Yuu contained and calm. Rin and Ryuuhei both didn't seem to mind the attention of the cameras and tried to keep the cameras on them. I felt they enjoyed the company of these cameras. As for me, I just simply ignored them.

"So... How long have you been into music?" Reita was the first to speak with me.
"All my life."
"Really? Cool. Me too."
"Cool."
"What other instruments do you play?"
"The guitar... that's pretty much it."
The conversation was going nowhere, even Reita noticed. So at the same exact time we both got up and retrieved our bass guitars. While Reita and I gave off a upbeat start, everyone else got up off their rears and grabbed their instruments or got into position. In total, we had two bassists, five guitarists, and eight vocalist. Kai and Ryuuhei being our audience because no drums were present. We sang a series of songs from each of our bands. What an amazing sound we had made! I never felt so great in my life. We never wanted this night to end. Actually, I wanted the night to stay the way it was forever.

The End.
