Getting Laid (Off)

Today, the day we anticipated finally happened. To be fair, they tried to make it as painless as possible. They called our names, one by one. We stood in line, and got our own packets and whatnot. I had one last smoke outside the lobby, before driving home in the midnight dark

Sometimes your back-logged entries confuse me until I check the date, but in this way they are a funny (sometimes funny-haha, sometimes funny-heartbreaking) point of comparison for where you were a few years ago, and "Look at you now!" Isn't it great how we contradict ourselves and prove ourselves wrong, sometimes in a good way?

here is me attempting to be productive... :p it's kinda hard writing about this point in my life (March-September 2010) because I hardly wrote anything during this time period. I just base these on my memories, and pictures uploaded on facebook...

but yeah, I was so different back then (also SO much fatter). Totally green...
