Normally I would just post about yuletide reveals and then, later, my year in review write-up but reveals haven't happened yet and last night, my spur of the moment NYE decision was to finally watch the final two episodes of Friday Night Lights, which I hadn't, because I didn't want the show to ever end.

( spoilers for Texas Whatever and Always; if you don't click, just assume there was a lot of ugly crying, because there was )

I actually can't bring myself to watch the last season of this show. It gives me too many emotions, the whole damn show.

Exactly! ESPECIALLY TYRA'S SPEECH YOU QUOTED ABOVE?? HOW CAN YOU LISTEN TO IT WITHOUT BREAKING DOWN, I JUST DON'T KNOW.

I don't know! I don't understand how people don't just cry over this show all the time, because it reduces me to tears at least once an episode.

I'm pretty sure the show got me at Coach's "we will all fall" speech, but there are so many of those moments, it's hard to choose.

It's amazing to me how even just READING about these scenes brings tears to my eye. This show!

I KNOW. I didn't even go look at all the clips Sepinwall listed because I was already all teary.
