Any Volunteers?

So, I volunteered to write an article on brewing beer for a non-profit religious organization I belong to. I wrote it and passed it to another brewer who also volunteered. He seems to have liked it, because all he did was convert a few of my personal grammatical quirks into more normal American English, and add a couple more recommended books for

Damn--I've never brewed, but I'm solid on theory and have assisted several times.

Not that I wouldn't have my eye on it anyway, in that editorial sense...I'll see it soon enough. ;)

That's mostly true. I've never done it myself, but I have been an extra pair of hands on a few occasions.
