I had my appraisal today. I suck so much. Too soft for my own good. One of my friends has just confessed to me that she didn't Vote today! Gobsmacked. What's worse is that she told me while complaining that she was 'pissed off' as another of her friends had just 'had a go' at her for not voting. Argh! Is she for real?! She just doesn't get it. She says politics doesn't concern her...!!!

So the company i work for has this requirement that everyone has to have some kind of 'Equality & Diversity' training. I have so much stuff swimming around in my head right now it's unreal.  Everything and Nothing.  I go to type stuff, to get it all out so I can sleep and just *nothing*.  I don't even know what it is that's bugging me.  I have half a clue... but at the same time it could be anything.  It's kinda frustrating.  I'm glad i have a few days off work.
