I *COMPLETELY* forgot about this nursery rhyme until someone mentioned it two days ago. It felt like I had amnesia and I just discovered something that I used to know.

Three little kittens,
They lost their mittens,
And they began to cry,
Oh, mother, dear,
We sadly fear,
Our mittens we have

I have four now. Four cats. They're named after the vagina, the penis, Cinderella's mouse and Mulan's dragon.

I've never thought about analyzing it before, but now that I have, it does seem quite strange.

That said, Humpty Dumpty still ranks higher for me on the 'disturbing rhyme' list.
