I have kidney cancer. I go to the doc next Wed. to find out my options. I'm pretty sure I will have the kidney removed.

Jason had his kidney removed about five years ago, and it actually went much more smoothly than we had expected. Sounds like they caught your cancer pretty early, which is a good thing.
