UGh ugh ugh!  Our agents called this morning and they recieved a counter to our offer,  get this no money off but they will replace the furnance and garage doors.  My agents laughed we will counter one more time with those two items AND all electrical work done to our specifications, seriously folks the electrical panel is push knobs, that is

Wow. That is ballsy. Cannot believe the electrical is that old!! Ours was at least upgraded at some point; well semi it's all two prong, very few grounded and we can't run the nespresso with tea kettle lol.

Fingers crossed! Do the current owners own it outright? If its been in the family for awhile, maybe they don't have any payments and are just holding out. Hope it comes through for you!!

It is owned outright, they were the second owners so for a 84 year old house that's pretty amazing. The parents have passed on so it's three very adult children that own it. All in there 60's. our realtors and the listing one are shocked the house hasn't sold yet everything in these parts sells in 7 days. I haven't slept much this week we should now tomorrow

If it needs that much major major work and they won't budge, then that's why it hasn't sold. They're holding out for a sucker. I hope they give up and give in to your demands!!!
