did you get the check from insurance yet? if the car payment is painful, you could refinance the car (at say, your credit union), putting the insurance check down and keeping the term, and thereby dropping your monthly cost (but probably at a higher apr than 0.0%). just sayin'.

I looked in the freezer section (a section I don't venture into at ALL!) and didn't see anything new! yet. :)

I did my taxes online, turbotax.com or something. They'll do the federal for free, but charge you for state. Frankly, for being able to do it in the comfort on my own home, it's not that bad. If you have all your forms, it won't take more than two hours. I only took that long because I like reading everything and seeing what everything is. It's really not that difficult.

it wouldnt take more than two hours if i didnt have to worry about this relocation package from work which was taxed by both maryland and new jersey.

meh. i'll get it done. it's just that i keep putting it off and putting it off....
