Need some advice...
I'm looking to put internet in the townhouse and I am not wanting to put in cable internet because it's just so damn expensive. So I am calling on you all to advise on how I should tackle this. I am currently thinking of using Clearwire, but have heard mixed reviews about it. So here are my questions ( Read more... ) -

I found out today that I get up to 24 chiropractic visits a year and 12 of those can be supplemented with acupuncture. Anybody know a good chiro that I can go to? -

So...I fell off the wagon, weeks ago! I stopped running all together and I'm paying for it big time! I tried my first running day two days ago and I could barely get through it. So yesterday was a lazy day. Mo and I got up and had breakfast. I had purchased a panetonne(sp?) in North Beach on Tuesday and we decided to cut a little bit and make some french toast.
