[Serah's busy today. During the day, she'll be out and about in Luca, possibly window shopping, and at the same time doing the usual shop for supplies and groceries. She'll also lend a hand to anyone working on the reconstruction effort if she can whilst she's out. Bother/talk to her

[ At some point during Serah's walk out in the streets, she will run across a Vanille with a very mischievous look in her eyes. ]

Serah!

Vanille! [Serah smiles warmly, but spots the look. She's beginning to recognise it.] Plotting something?

[ When is Vanille not planning something? ]

I just want to get started on the myrrh collecting, but I don't think Lightning and Fang will want me to.

[ That and she wants to go see Oerba again. ]

Maybe we could just check it out, see what's over there, and then come back. They wouldn't have to worry if we're not going to do anything. We could even bring Hope and Snow for backup.

[focustrigger]

[Well, there could be an occasion...]

Hmm. Oerba, right? [Serah looks thoughtful.] I think you may be right there. I don't think... that they'd want us to go. Lightning certainly wouldn't, for me.

[She pauses at the suggestion.] Maybe we could, y'know? There'd be four of us, it'd be safe enough. Especially if it's just scouting to see how things are up there...

And it is something that has to be done, if we're all going to stay here.

[fulminous]

[ Knock knock! Big sis is leaning in your doorway, arms crossed. ]

[Serah looks up after spotting Lightning from the corner of her eye: and when she does, she smiles, the book being quickly marked and put to one side.] Hey, sis.

[fulminous]

You doing okay? [ She's concerned. She always is, and probably always will be. Lightning steps forward into Serah's room, one hand on her hip.

She's never been very good at casual body language. ]

I'm okay. [A kind of bland statement, really. But she is. She feels okay. Everything right now is... alright, as much as she can want it to be.] Things are... better now, y'know? Little by little.

How about you?

[rebelpugilist]

[Sometime after Lightning's visit, Snow makes his way to Serah's room, where he's been camping out lately. Shhh.]

Hey. [He grins, folding his arms and leaning against the wall beside the doorway.] Am I interrupting? I can go if you want s'more quiet time.

[focustrigger]

You never are, y'know? [Serah smiles, placing the book down on her knees and patting the spot next to her. Come sit with?]

Still like to ask. [He smiles and strides over obligingly, taking a seat beside her on the bed and sliding an arm around her shoulders without invitation.]

Wanted to talk to you about something.

[focustrigger]

I appreciate it, though. [It gives her an excuse to say how much she cares about him, so no complains there. She grins as he walks over, and at the arm over her shoulders, she naturally leans against him, content.

Though, at the statement, she shifts a little, so she can see into his face.] You did, huh? I'm all ears.

[holyjudgement]

[Serah can find Hope at the docks. He likes exploring Luca -- it reminds him of Palumpolum enough for it to feel more like home, but it's still different enough to be interesting. Right now he's taking a break, sitting by some shipment crates, arms wrapped around his knees and staring out at sea.]

[She's on her way back to the house when she spots him, taking the opportunity to walk along the seafront. She's been half looking out for him after talking to Vanille, and once Serah sees him, she calls over.]

Hope!

[holyjudgement]

[Hope looks around in surprise, snapping out of his thoughts.]

Oh -- hey, Serah!

Serah makes her way over, dodging crates.] Um... sorry, did I interrupt? There was something me and Vanille wanted to ask...
