Not much new to say today. Went to Satosho for the happyoukai so I could watch my kiddies do their English play. I pushed the buttons for the slide show that had the Japanese translation for the audience. Afterward I felt very special because they had made 3 special onigiri (rice balls) for me that didn't have umeboshi! I was like awwwww just ( Read more... )

I just want to GO to Japan lol - but living there would be awesome too!!! I would FINALLY be able to become fluent in the language (I hope....) - it just doesn't seem like it's going to happen here no matter how many classes I take D:

Yeah, I studied Japanese for 3 years at my university in MI but one summer of study abroad in Tokyo helped me learn more than just about anything. Since I moved here in 2007 I have improved SO much. I'm always learning :) I think living surrounded by Japanese is the best way to learn it.
