I am so sorry, that is the worst thing ever when it happens in he middle of the night. On the upside at least yours is consistent. Mine, not so much. Now it's my turn for TMI. Sometimes I don't get it for months and then poof it shows up. When I was on the pill I would get it for like a day. Then after I had my son I had it way longer than I should of as if my body was making up for not having it even before I was pregnant. Now I have the Meraina IUD and it comes sporadically again, but when it does come I get cramps and it last much longer than 3 or 4 days. *sigh* sometimes I hate being a girl. And to think I used to cry and pray that I would get it because I didn't get mine until I was 14 and I knew that if I didn't get it I couldn't have children. I hope the rest of your day is better.

I would haaaate not having it for months! I'd constantly be worried that it would just pop up. When I was on the pill I would only have it for like 2 or 3 days, but it would always come every month.

My sister has a IUD and she says it's nice not having to worry about remembering the pill everyday. But yeah, her cramps are worse too. I guess because the pill helps with those. Really, my cramps are only bad on the second day of my period. I don't know why!

You were a late bloomer too! I was literally the last of my friends to start and I thought I was never going to become a "woman" lol. And now I'm like, haha take the period I don't want it. :D

Periods suuuuuuuuuuuuuckkkkkkkk! I guess I'm pretty lucky cause I only get mine every ~35 days (and this time, it was two weeks late!), and usually get it in the evening or morning, so I never have to change the sheets because of it. What DOES suck, however, are the awful cramps I get every time.

But <333 cause... yeah! Periods suck. XD

They really dooooooo! Does yours come every 35 days because you're on a pill, or something? Or did you just get lucky? :)

I hate it when it's late and early. But once mine gets in a routine, it stays that way for a long time. I think it got screwed up because I've been traveling and such.

And ugggh, cramps. Mine are the worst on the second and third day. Hate it. Thank you so much for the love! Definitely need it. Glad you're here to hate on periods with me :D <3

Nope. I was on the pill for a while, and then it was... well, as regular as it is for everyone when they're on the pill. I guess I'm just lucky and that's my rhythm, and has been, for a while :D

It sucks when it's early and late. Especially when you're not at home or prepared for it. XD

Mine are the worst on the first and second day - and sometimes even before it start, which is how I know it's gonna come soon XD

Oh giiiiirl. Mine is like, really heavy the first two days, and then light for three or four days. But the cramps are plentiful!

OHH NOOOO. Khaki is THE worst thing to wear while you're on your period. Other than white of course. They should allow you to wear black on those days...although then everyone would know you had your period, haha.

I'm so glad as girls we can all unite in this common misery! It really is so very unpleasant. <3

Have you ever used tampons? I never have accidents at night if I combine tampons with sanitary towels.

It sucks to get ruined sheets and possibly ruined favourite underwear :)

Yep! On heavy days I always wear both, but I guess since I didn't know it was coming last night, I couldn't prepare. :( I am usually careful to double up though so I don't ruin clothing and sheets. Luckily it washed right out of my sheets this morning :D
