i listed a location with this entry and it's not work.  check it!

i know i say this every time i'm writing on here and listening to it, but i am constantly awed by how much i love tori amos's "boys for pele."  it's just that good.

kimberly's party and the long awaited clutch show were both good fun, though the latter was much shorter than i expected

about 2 weeks ago now, I had to "powder my nose" in someone else's facilities, and I guess the lighting was just different enough that I caught a glimpse of something I hadn't noticed before - I have whiskers. I'm not talking about my chin whiskers here. I'm talking full-on-spiny-haired-sticking-out-of-the-side -of-my-cheek-like-a-cat's-whiskers, whiskers. And they were almost an inch long! I hurried home to pluck them right out, but not before I spent enough time touching my face and showing them to my friends that I ended up also getting a big zit right on top of the whisker location. And I say that there is something inherently unfair about having old-lady-hair-in-weird-places AND acne at the same time.
