I think Ebay has copies of the Keep Leaves Tour (though they're expensive). And YesAsia has it too (though it's Region 2 coded).

Region 2 is alright, I always have problems with region 1 and 3 since the one dvd-player broke who could give those formats. ^^
Then I need to check there as soon as I have the money.. which might take forever c.c
