Dude, regardless of how many pages I've drawn, making comics is HARD.
I've broken the 130 pages mark and though it feels a bit easier to actaully MAKE the pages, it's getting harder to come up with good panel layouts and... interesting art. Too many times have I wanted to take the easy way out and draw a floating head. LOL! I need to practing drawing battle scenes and more establishing background shots too.
Also, after my review with DelRey, I was given a scene and some character designs to do a few test pages in black and white from. I feel like I should know how to take this bit of information and make an amazing page or two from it but I'm finding it kind of difficult to do this. I want to take my time and do well but not seem like I need a million weeks to finish pages... I feel sort of stuck. Hrm... I might be over thinking this too. The editor from DelRey got see a LOT of my work. My online comic, I hope, showed her I'm capable of doing good pages. LOL... Guh! If I get this job I could be working on it as soon as October! *flails*
Wish me luck! XD;; I'm sending the test pages later this week. *crosses fingers and toes*
