I find it amusing that even though I'm presently bemoaning the fact that I have my history midterm tomorrow and I haven't studied enough for it... Earlier all I wanted to do was go home and watch this historical drama that I watched some of this weekend. XD It's called the Tudor's and Comcast has a free preview of season 1 right now on ON DEMAND. ( Read more... )

Distance does suck... but it can work. If you want to work, a little. Sometimes working for it seems like no fun though.

Well, I don't mind it so much, especially while I'm in school. But I don't know whether or not down the road he'll decide it isn't worth it.

I know I'm a complete nerd/stereotypical girl, but I'm really excited about The Other Boleyn Girl. I guess I just can't resist the costume dramas. What I'm trying to say is, I completely understand the desire to watch historical dramas and not do homework. How've you been? It seems so long since we chilled in the back art room and drove each other nuts in the morning. I might miss it just a little bit.

I'm excited for it too! I just plain love Natalie Portman and I'm excited for her to play Anne. <3

I have been pretty decently decent. Burned out on school right now but break is next week.

Man, I might just miss it a little bit too! Us screaming at each other while Lauren and Stacy look at each other and try not to get involved. XD It was half shoulder massages and half sniping at each other. ::giggles::

I could totally use a shoulder massage right now. I'm a little burned out on school at the moment too... Attempting to study for my first geology exam tomorrow. Clearly I'm not doing a very good job. Damn liberal arts distribution requirements. All I want to do is take anthropology, art history, and English classes!

Emma beat me to the punch. That's what I was going to say. I had heard about the Tudors and that it was going to be really good. Actually I heard about Elizabeth, The Tudors and The Other Boleyn girl all around the same time when they were filming them a couple years ago. I haven't seen any yet and I really want to. You should come visit again. :)

The Tudors is good! The free eps of the first season are cut a little, so aparently I'm missing out on some tits and asses. DAMN IT! The only real complaint I'd have for it is the characters don't call each other by their names enough. There's this one guy who died in like the second ep (beheaded) and I still have no friggin' clue who he was supposed to be. Jonathon Rhys Meyers is also very sexy and he does a good Henry VIII methinks. You know, angsting and pissed off. Fun fact! Henry VIII eventually died of syphilus (sp?).

Did you know Clive Owen was in Elizabeth? I totally didn't know until the Oscars when they showed a picture from it during one of the nominations. Daaamn, I love me some Clive. As we both know. And I also like Cate Blanchett (ever since she played Galadriel).

I know, I'd love to come visit again. Miche-y needs her friends. ::cuddles and lurves::

I know I said you were getting mail this week but it might be next week since I keep forgetting to buy stamps. XD
