Someone once asked me to paint love. I looked at them, staring and puzzled. Then after a moment of uninterrupted gazing they said, "Paint what comes to mind when you think of love."
I went home and sat at my easel. Paint brush and paint palette in hand. Being I was an exceptionally fascinating artist, it infuriated me to no end that I could not even fathom where on earth to even begin. So I sat and pondered, sat and pondered, and sat and pondered some more.

Days led passed and still no idea of what to paint. And then one morning I saw you. I had seen you every morning before this morning for the last two years, but this morning I thought of something.
Paint love. And that's exactly what I did. I painted your face; your beautiful asymmetric eyes as you smiled, your lips as you smirked, your perfect nose, your made-up eye-lids, your arched eye brows. I painted every dark brown piece of flowing hair on your head. I painted your broad shoulders and slim waist. I painted the arms I loved to be held in every night after a long, hard day. I painted your slim hands. I painted your long slender legs. I painted your feet and your toes.
I painted you. The only thing I have ever truly loved. I painted you warm and sincere: like my love for you. I painted you. A true masterpiece: a true work of art.
Just an ordinary man; and I painted an extraordinary work of art. Paint love. Paint you.
