off topic,but kinda on topic if you know what i mean...What PROGRAM do you use to make Icons????? i am only asking because i have this sucky program called "paint" and it doesnt do jack for me and i am like desperate to make my OWN icons for once in my life. and the program that you use....is it downloadable???? if so,how long does it take to download???? 30 min? an hour???? THX! :)

I use Paint Shop Pro 7. My friend makes icons with Paint and I know she is very limited in what she does. you have to buy PSP, but if you know anyone who owns it, well...once you download it onto the computer you don't need the disc. And you can buy PSP.

And you might find somewhere to download it, I mean the internet nowadays, but I don't know where. Sorry.
