Hey, guess what, Jaina was still hung over when she arrived. That would happen when you slept through your alarm and almost missed your portal and didn't have time to get rid of it. And because she quickly discovered when she got there that finding her key was just too much damn trouble at the moment, she knocked instead. Not loudly.
