I got the album today and I have to admit it was different from their first album "Atlas". The sound of the new "Pandora" album is a little bit more hard rock than "Atlas". "Atlas" is a little bit more pop rock to me. They are often described as a band similar to Janne Da Arc in sound and the vocalist Hal's voice can sound like Yasu sometimes. ( Read more... )

Today's weather was INSANE~!!!  Damn you 40 mph wind and heavy rain~!!!!!  It's too early for this kind of weather. ToT  At least I didn't have to deal with trees crashing into houses/cars or flooded streets like some people though.  However since I'm taking water aerobics and the pool is OUTDOORS, I end up  jumping into the pool with the rain and ( Read more... )

I was watching Oprah and they were talking about big celebrities around the world like the Chinese version of Oprah, Aishwarya Rai, etc... Anyway at one point she did this little like 30 second clip talking about SMAP and stuff. 

Actually I came home yesterday from my trip but I was too tired to really do anything since I came home around 9:30-10pm at night.   I will probably post pics of it later.  Anyway the trip was an interesting experience and kind of a culture shock since it's different from the west coast.  Here are the few things I learned from my trip:

Just got home after watching Harry Potter and the Half Bloody Prince.   Now I just feel like reading the 7th book again so I can refresh my memory since it's been a few years.  Don't worry I won't spoil anyone as to what happens.  I'm not mean like that *winks* unless...you want me to tell you ^^U
