Thank you! I really like the Atkins plan because I'm not left feeling hungry all the time. After I start adding carbs back in, I can make a really delicious low-carb cheesecake. I made it before (I lost weight with this plan before and kept it off til I quit smoking) and gave a piece to my mother without telling her it was diet and she raved about how delicious it was :)
I might just do that, haha! I'd have to get different sheets though, I'm too spoiled these days to sleep on 200 thread count. Wow, I sound so snobby saying that!
