I'm afraid we're moving into our new place at the end of August (around the 23rd I think) so it'd be cutting it a bit fine if we were.

We're hiring a place from private tenants you see so we'd have to talk to them about it.

I hope so tho, all this warm weather and lack of rain doesn't agree with me ;)
