Agent Zed comes stomping through the Door, apparently in an even worse mood than usual.

"Can’t believe it’s come to this," he grumbles on his way over to Bar, where he hoists himself onto his usual seat - (He hates that he’s been here often enough to have a ‘usual seat’) - and is just about ready to order a drink

Zed is loathe to admit to anyone around here that he does. Even if it's as plain day. Err, night. Something.

"What makes you say that?" Zed replies.

"Not my fault," Zed replies. "In this dump, it's a wonder they were working in the first place."

If you don't like reality, try denying it!

"My goodness me."

The soft voice is coming from a shadowed corner of the room -- shadowed enough that at first it seems that no one is there at all.

Strange, that.

But then the moment passes, and she steps forward into clear view.

"Such a time of it you are having!"

Zed turns with a scowl, but he loses that as soon as he sees who it is.

He shakes his head. "Just the latest pain in the ass sent my way by the universe."

[white_flowers]

"Oh, dear," she says, sounding concerned.

"Not too much trouble it is, I do hope?"

[bring_a_sponge]

"Problem with technology," Zed waves in the vague direction of the non-functioning lights.

As in 'technology not working anywhere near him.'

Hopefully, Blodwen isn't wearing a watch.
