Spring has returned, and with it the awakening from hibernation (or, if you prefer, 'seasonal narcolepsy') of one mutant man-squirrel, back to his usual normal-world self. Floating a couple inches above the top of her table, mildly distracted with a book, the young woman in dark robes glances at the guy and the squirrels.

Mildly interesting.

He orders himself some pancakes and coffee, along with some sunflower seeds for the squirrels (mostly to keep them from touching his food, though Saffron will certainly try) and settles into a chair. It's good to be awake and back again, back to normal, or to what passes for normal for him.

He gives a tired grin and wave to Ravin. "Mornin'."
