Alright, so I’ve been so delinquent with doing this journal that at this point I’m actually home now and have to write about my experiences with the Matts after I’ve left England.  With that said I’m for sure going to write all my feelings on the entire trip later on and also home it feels to be home and

1) I bet the zoo didn't have a one armed monkey! I will always love the Lincoln Park Zoo as my favorite zoo of all times. It may be smaller and have fewer things to see, but it's still my favorite.

2) How can you go to an unknown area and NOT have a map?!? Glad you bought one. I need to start working on getting maps for our Grand Adventure in another few months here. I have a MN map and a WI map already, and a map of all the major US highways, but I'll need some more detailed maps for our destinations and the like. Oh boy, I get to buy maps!

3) I still can't believe that you and Matt have never read a Sherlock Holmes book/story. Sar and I grew up with Dad reading Sherlock Holmes to use from time to time. I assumed he did the same for you guys, but I guess not!
