I'm actually quite happy with Cindy-for-Congress' result up the coast from you; the voters of San Francisco have fired a shot across Speaker Pelosi's bows. 17% is good enough to allow me to propose making Ms Sheehan an honorary New Democrat.

Now you guys have to ride herd on the Democrats for the next four years. Will they pull out of Afghanistan? No. Will they repeal Taft-Hartley? No. Will they reverse the Big Bailout and aid the homeowners instead? No. Will they institute a national single-payer universal public health and hospitalization plan? Not on your life!
