I love the background you put there, protective-since-craddle-John makes sense, and the tragedy in Afghanistan was really good. Thumbs up on the Reichenbach situation.

I loved it so much!!! It was perfect for both John and the song. John has this "quiet, unassuming guy" thing going on, but he is a total BAMF. Which is good for our dear Sherlock ;) I loved how you showed the progression of his protective instincts and how the war shaped them even more. So good! Yay! I'm so relieved you like it. This is the first time I've done a request project and I feel bad that I'm so slow. Still its a pleasure to please Radiohead/Sherlock fans.

It was just going to be a Moriarty taunt John scene but young John is so fun to write.
