Rufus is one of those rare, rare artists who is perfection in every way an artist can be: He has an effortlessly phenomenal voice, he's a genius songwriter, a genuinely unique personality, and holy shit can he PLAY (have you ever seen a clip of him on piano? It's like he was born knowing how to play).

And you're so right: his songs all have this unapologetically vulnerable quality that just pulls at your insides. Plus, the orchestral arrangements, and the way the music just swells. Gah. I could fangirl him for ages.
