Whoa yum. I never considered shrimp grilled on cucumber but it sounds mouthwatering. One pot Irish chicken... and zucchini in enchiladas.

Maybe the chicken ... I'm guessing it's some sort of chicken and potato dish? I'll take the shrimp but pass on the cucumbers.
