Ditto on the awesome and the wondering about mind resting mind bits.

I am not so fond of sun salutations. Maybe that's because the last ones I did were in the too ambitious yoga class and I should try modified ones that might be more appropriate for my strength/flexibility level.

I like using the references on Yoga Journal but I tend to be a) slightly naturally flexible and b) not inclined to push.

I had a yoga class that focussed on chakras, and that--although I'm not into the mysticism aspect--gave me a lot of insight into when my body is in alignment and at the right stretch. Wish I could duplicate that internal sense for you!
