I've been saving yours to read because I wanted to be able to really sit down and enjoy it! I could truly feel Tonks' frustration (devastation) at not being able to do anything at a time when every order member was so desperately needed!
Remus trying so to make things better for Andromeda, because he just wants her to like him was heartbreaking. That is always his biggest weakness. Love that he is an independent cabbie! I always wondered why he didn't get a muggle job, but I guess his furry little problem would make that difficult too.

Me too, totally. I finally decided that in my ficverse, it's against Ministry law to have a Muggle job -- this would mean Remus was only willing to do that when he got really desperate.
