This Saturday's Star Wars session entailed braving a heavily-damaged (and rioting) Imperial prison ship to rescue Waylex Blissex. Good times. mrsmetallian and I both felt substantially better today. We even went to the gym. All seemed well until about an hour ago...I think I'm losing my voice again...

Been very busy at work this week, but also sleeping enough (!!), working out intensely, and eating well. I think sleeping enough is the key to enabling the other good habits. It actually feels strange to be well-rested for days at a time.

It's our first weekend at home and not preparing for or hosting a large party in well over a month, so we went to the newly-renovated mall. We hadn't been to the new Trader Joe's (or any Trader Joe's, for that matter) yet so we made it a point to check that out.
