Or does anyone know if there's going to be some kind of slash-a-thon in Canada this year?

I am also a lurky kinda fan, but I would love to come to a meet up in Toronto as I don't have any friends in RL who get the whole "slash thing" and the need to talk about Merlin with people who do has been driving me crazy these last months.

I'd like it if we had something similar in France... I hooked two friends up with the series but they're not into the slash fandom aspect (I probed subtly). So instead, we plan to contact the tourism office to know if we can visit the castle they shot in (it's 2 hours from my friend's place).

um, without the capslock now. I would totally be interested. I can't say for sure if I'd be able make it (possible schedule conflicts) but I would definitely try!
