Lousy service from Singtel

Very very mad with Singtel. Gona lodge a complaint first thing on Monday. We waited the whole afternoon for Singtel to come and resolve our phone issue but nobody turned up. And each time we called Singtel, we were told the technician will call us back but didnt. We must have called Singtel at least 6 times and each time the ans was the same.

Horrible. Working for my Chairman has made my patience so thin so whenever I want to speak to the manager, all I did was to scream and shout at the CS person on the phone and then say "If you cannot do anything at all, transfer this call to your manager". It works most of the time... :P
