Smell with alcohol?

Hi everyone, I've been using a Fleurcup for a few months now and never had any issues with smell, but have also never drunk a lot of alcohol with it in. Last night I had had a lot, around 600ml of vodka, and I slept with my cup in. I took it out in the morning, so it would have been in about 15hours or so. There was a rancid smell to it, which I

the 15 hours is much more likely the cause of the smell. I have had booze (mostly ciders but also rum) many times, and never noticed a smell. But I have definitely noticed a bad smell after 12 hours, and the smell is progressively worse for each hour after 12.

Yeah, I think it's the time more than the fun times you had last night (have some Gatorade and ibuprofen today!)

The winey smell could indicate a yeast infection. If you have one you'd probably have noticed by now, but you can have low level ones that aren't that obvious if you're not trying to have sex or anything, so watch out for that.
