There are many complaints on the web that Keeper's customer service is less than stellar and that they don't make returning a cup easy. I think you have to have bought it directly from them, not from a discounter. And apparently, you have to be persistent.

Check out the size charts at http://community.livejournal.com/menstrual_cups/1285963.html to figure out which cup you think will fit you better next.

If returning it turns out to be more hassle than you want to deal with, you might consider selling it, here.

It almost sounded like you meant to return it with a lietter or something that explains your problem *hoping* they would return your money. If this is what you thought, I don't think you would have success.

I used to be a return goods clerk. There's something called an RA number that unless you have "permission" (read prior approval) generally companies don't feel obligated to deal with you. This means phone calls or emails - anything to get them to acknowledge the return before you put it in the mail. Without an invoice with a date of sale I doubt they will give you an RA number.

I wish you good luck, and I hope you'll be able to "hound" them into letting you return it cuz Keeper doesn't have the best reputation for customer service.

Would this number show up on a credit card receipt? I have a number with the sale on my statement that I was going to include with the letter. Is that enough?

no the number is a number that the company itself will provide you with if you can get through to call them (or email them). It's not "pre-provided."

Hopefully the number you have would be the invoice number which the company could then look up to get your order date.

You're supposed to contact the distributor--the company you actually bought the cup from--not the Keeper company.

And then half the time they'll direct you to the Keeper people, at least from what I've seen discussed here!

Seconding the comment about the situation becoming a hassle in trying to return it, you could always opt to sell it or trade it for a different cup, on here. Good Luck!
