What a delightful domestic picture, if possibly a bit too close to my husband's behavior for full unrestrained amusement. The end line made me imagine House would have offered, instead of gloves, the use of his Tauchsieder.

Okay, I googled and did the translate thing and puzzled at the picture. It heats up and you stick it in water? To heat the water?

LOL - yes I can see House getting fed up with Wilson's whining and suggesting that to him :) I don't think he's getting gloves any time soon anyway :)

Yeah, well, a Tauchsiedler is a hot rod you stick into something to make the whole something warmer. So how can one make a whole whining Wilson warm without a boring, limb by limb approach?

House stared at him, a rhinovirus and a handful of meds had turned his partner into some sort of obsessive, sock waggling, nagging, obsessive freak. No, hang on, he'd always been one of those.

Ahhahahaha! This fic is a bit on the fluffy side for my personal taste, but I love their banter and House's silent observations!
